Our means of production

Our machining and bar turning centre in Scionzier (74) is equipped with high-performance machine tools. As a specialist in the manufacture of mechanical parts, we are constantly investing in innovative technologies to maintain the highest levels of productivity. Diversified and exclusively composed of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines, our machinery enables us to shape all types of metal or plastic parts to a perfect finish.

CNC fixed headstock lathes

With 5, 7, 10, 11 or 12 axes, our CNC lathes are used to manufacture all types of parts up to 38 mm in diameter. Ideal for standard parts, most of our machines can be doubled or even tripled in size for mass production, giving you the best possible lead times.

CNC sliding headstock lathes

These machines, capable of bar-turning up to ø 77 mm, guarantee a high level of precision, and can turn the most complex, high value-added parts with formidable accuracy. 

CNC lathe with loading robot

Equipped with an innovative robot, this production line reduces manufacturing times to a minimum by automating the loading and unloading of parts. This ultra-high-performance 4-axis numerically controlled lathe can turn parts from 60 to 150 millimetres in diameter.

With the help of local and trusted partners, we are able to apply all types of heat treatments and surface coatings in order to deliver perfectly finished parts to you throughout the metropolitan area. Carried out near our production site, our subcontracting operations are carried out without impact on manufacturing times.

Our machining and turning methods comply with European and international standards (ISO, UNI, EN, etc.), certificates of conformity can be issued to you on request.
